We ship most orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Delivery time for Priority Mail is usually 2-3 days but that time may increase during the busy holiday season. Larger, heavier shipments will be shipped via UPS to save on shipping costs and could take 5-7 days for delivery. Your credit card will be charged at the time we process your order. If items must be shipped separately, you will be billed for each separate shipment. Canadian Orders - Sorry, but we are no longer shipping to Canada. USPS Next Day Express Mail pricing begins at $19.50. Please allow processing time for your order. After you place an order, please allow 24 hours for us to process your order before it can be shipped. Pricing on overnight shipments is determined by the weight of the item(s) being shipped. When placing an overnight order if the item that you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you by email that your item cannot be delivered in the time specified. Items that need to be engraved cannot be sent overnight due to the processing time for the engraving. Return Policy - You may return a product that you purchased from our website within 30 days of the original order date. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and with any packaging. Please include any order information such as your order number and your name. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a refund on your credit card for the returned merchandise amount.
