We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Delivery time for Priority Mail is usually 2-3 days but that time may increase during the busy holiday season. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. If items must be shipped separately, you will be billed for each separate shipment. If an item is out of stock when your order is placed, we will backorder that item and send it to you when it becomes available. Orders that include items to be engraved will take longer to ship due to the processing time for engraving. During the holidays orders can take 48-72 hours to process. Items that are to be drop-shipped take 2-3 days for processing and are then shipped to the customer via UPS or Federal Express. Alaska and Hawaii orders - Items that need to be shipped via UPS to Alaska and Hawaii will require additional shipping fees. We will notify you via email if there will be additional fees. Canadian Orders - Shipping charges for orders to Canada are calculated at the time of shipping and no estimate is shown during the order process due to a varying range of pricing. Actual shipping charges will be added to your order at the time your order is packaged and weighed. Free shipping over $100.00 does not apply to Canadian orders. We do not ship orders overnight to Canada. USPS Next Day Express Mail pricing begins at $19.50. Please allow processing time for your order. After you place an order, please allow 24 hours for us to process your order before it can be shipped. Pricing on overnight shipments is determined by the weight of the item(s) being shipped. When placing an overnight order if the item that you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you by email that your item cannot be delivered in the time specified. Return Policy - You may return a product that you purchased from our website within 30 days of the original order date. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and with any packaging. Please include any order information such as your order number and your name. Once we receive your return, you will be refunded for the merchandise amount.
